Five Up-and-Coming Neighborhoods

The Greater Austin area is considered one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in America. With the population of Central Texans increasing it’s no surprise that new neighborhoods are popping up quickly throughout are area. Here are five new neighborhoods to keep a watch on.

Carleson Place - Carleson Place is a brand new master planned community on the outskirts of Georgetown. The community features a gorgeous private pool and a neighborhood park. Carleson Place is also just five minutes from Toll 130. It’s convenient location provides residents an easy commute to downtown Austin and Austin Bergstrom International Airport.
