Hi, I'm Stacy Hicks, Realtor with Service First Real Estate Group, Keller Williams Realty Lone Star, in Georgetown, Texas. I've been in real estate since 2004, with experience in residential home sales, investment properties, property management, and marketing. I am passionate about helping my clients find a home that fits their lifestyle or investment needs and confidently lists their homes. I enjoy helping my clients negotiate their contracts so that both parties benefit from the outcome. I take pride in buttoning up all the details on the contract, so the process goes smoothly from placing/accepting an offer to closing. My buyer clients have been very pleased with the acceptance of their offering prices, and many of my listings have received aggressive offers and accepted contracts much sooner than the average days-on-market time frame.

As a native Texan who has lived in Central Texas since 2000, I've watched our beautiful city grow from a small town to a booming tech city. With over 21 years of residency, I bring firsthand knowledge of each area of our city and what local neighborhoods have to offer. Finding a community that fits my client's wants and needs is very important to me.

When I'm not working with clients, I'm spending time with my family. My husband, James, and I have three beautiful kids. We love camping, hiking, and snowboarding and are always up for an adventure! We were drawn to Central Texas because of its beautiful weather, excellent schools, and unique, one-of-a-kind culture.
